Welcome to "Yumaks M Ltd" – your architecture and design manufactory for contemporary wooden house construction.
Your dream of your own home – modern, sustainable and individual.
We are not a classic construction company. We are designers and planners who passionately create future-proof, ecological living spaces. Since 2016, we have been accompanying builders on their way to their personal feel-good home – authentic, high-quality and in harmony with nature.
Our company is managed by a managing director who knows building from the ground up: as a trained construction technician, he worked on construction sites for many years. He knows exactly what matters when it comes to statics, weather resistance and precise workmanship.
He has supplemented this practical expertise with further training as an interior and exterior designer. The successful combination of technical depth and aesthetic sensitivity characterises our entire team. We do not think only in square metres, but in living spaces.
We are great advocates of ecological building. For us, timber framing is the most forward-looking answer to the questions of the modern world:
Why build with us?
Sustainable: Wood is the renewable raw material that actively binds CO₂.
Fast: Dry construction means less waiting time and predictable costs.
Healthy: Wood naturally regulates the indoor climate – good for you and the environment.
We build for people who value quality, natural materials and a conscious, modern lifestyle.
A vision needs reliable partners. That is why we work closely with renowned architectural firms that specialise in timber frame construction. For windows, timber structures and other trades, we trust exclusively in proven, high-quality manufacturers. Because the durability and value retention of your house begins with the quality of every single component.
Take the first step towards your sustainable dream home. We look forward to getting to know you and creating a home with you that suits you and your lifestyle perfectly.
