- If you were unable to choose a suitable house from our catalog, we offer you a custom house planning service tailored entirely to your own ideas and preferences.
- Before the architect begins the actual design work, it is extremely important for the client to know what the final result will look like: a clear understanding of the floor plan layout, the purpose of each room, the dimensions and placement of windows and doors, the exterior appearance of the house, and much more.
- For this reason, we offer a special service: Based on any reference images or your own concepts, you create initial rough sketches of the floor plans – exactly as you envision your future home (hand-drawn sketches are also acceptable). It is important that you include the overall dimensions, the location and size of windows and doors, the desired ceiling height, the type of foundation, and your preferred exterior facade finish – the more information, the better.
- Based on your sketches, we will then create your dream home with properly scaled and well-proportioned floor plan drawings, facade elevations, and a 3D visualization. Throughout the collaboration, you can make adjustments and changes at any time, as it will already be clearly visible what the final result will look like.
- Once we have prepared everything and you have approved the plans, you can hand them over to an architect, who will develop them into a complete architectural and structural project. This approach is highly thoughtful and eliminates many errors and misunderstandings that can arise when creating a custom house design.
